Our employee spotlight belongs to one of our hardworking shift leaders Jack Caravallo! Jack is entering his fourth year here at Groundswell surf cafe.
In the offseason, Jack attends college in Boston, and works will start his second season working for Turn It Up Dance Challenge. He prioritizes and focuses his attention on the overall team morale here at Groundswell.
As a head trainer, he is a big advocate for creating a positive team community here at the cafe. His favorite part of the job is working at the coffee station to help deliver exciting drinks to you, the Salisbury beach community.
